Guided paddling tour to experience Koitajoki, 12km
Come and experience the river Koitajoki and the silence and beautiful surroundings next to Kesonsuo in guided paddling tour. Koitajoki has long history of its own, and during the 3 hour paddling trip you will hear some of it. Koitajoki is easy river to canoe and is suitable also for inexperienced paddlers and families.
We'll paddle slowly enjoying versatile nature, silence and sounds as well stories from past. Along this 12 km route there are swamps, forests, small fishing cabins, and even few houses. The tour starts form Huhus boat shore and we will paddle until Lylykoski camping site. During the trip we'll have a break and enjoy snacks and coffee. If you desire and the weather attracts, you can also swim.
Regards to your paddling vehicle, you can choose either a single kayak or a canoe or kayak for two when you make the reservation. An extra bench for the canoe is also available for a third person.
At the end of the trip we pack the cars and travel back to the starting point. Paddling time varies and depends on many issues, like number of participants, participants, weather, etc.
Starting times are either morning or afternoon. You can see the time when clicking the date in the reservation calendar.
Morning time: At 10:30-15:00
Evening time: At 16:30-21:00

Please note: Min 4 and max 10 participants. Tour will be cancelled if less than 4 persons have booked the tour one day before the start.
