Äksyt Ämmät is an independent, fully licensed Finnish tour operator, working primarily as an incoming tour operator, DMC and activity provider. Established in 1995, we specialize in active, sustainable and authentic travel experiences across Finland.

We operate as an incoming DMC partner for international tour operators while also acting as a licensed tour operator in Finland.

In addition to designing and operating tailor-made tours, we run our own countryside guesthouse, Guesthouse Pihlajapuu, enabling us to deliver carefully curated programs with strong local expertise and hands-on operational experience.

We are proud holders of the Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) label and TourCert certification, demonstrating our long-term commitment to responsible and transparent tourism practices.
