A Woman’s Journey Back to Her Own Power -Week
– Supported by Nature, Embodiment, and Rituals (Women Only)
The Journey
This retreat is more than a holiday – it is a journey. A journey toward yourself, toward a state of being where you can breathe more freely, let go of performance, and hear your inner voice once again.
The entire week is designed to lead you gently yet deeply through nature, rituals, and embodied experiences. Each day builds a small step toward inner clarity, serenity, and the strengthening of your feminine power.

During the week:
- Empowering Photography in the spirit of "Forest Mind" (Metsämieli) Helping you see yourself in a new way – supportively, with acceptance and gentleness. Nature serves as both your mirror and your sanctuary.
- Tantric Guidance Deepening the connection to your body, presence, and vitality. This is not sexual, but deeply embodied and safe practice.
- Mugwort, Water, and Sauna Ceremonies These rituals act as transition points for letting go, cleansing, and rebirth. They create space for the new and strengthen inner peace.
- Overnight Horse Trek The wisdom of horses, their presence, and the rhythm of nature take you to places words cannot always reach. The trek is a silent and deeply moving experience.
- Hiking at Helvetinkolu The power of nature and the meditation of movement help organize the week's experiences and anchor them into your daily life.
The "red thread" of the week is a return to your own inner space – where you can be whole, enough, and strong. A space where nature, body, and mind find each other in a new way.
This week is for you if you long for:
- Recovery and empowerment
- Connection to your body and inner rhythm
- The healing power of rituals and nature
- New perspectives on feminine energy, vitality, and life balance
- Time for yourself, without the need to perform
You are warmly welcome exactly as you are – at whichever point of life you find yourself right now.
