Welcome to winter fun week in Hyvärilä resort middle of lakes and hills
The Hyvärilä Hotel is clean and peaceful. There are plenty of activities both indoors and outdoors in the hotel surroundings, and its location by the snowy nature and the frozen Lake Pielinen allows for an active nature holiday. Ski trails, snowshoe routes,
and untouched snowfields into the forest start right from the hotel's doorstep. Your accommodation is located on the second floor. The room is spacious and equipped with a refrigerator, TV, kettle, hairdryer, as well as a bathroom facilities. On
the last Saturday, you will be provided with a space where you can spend time while waiting for your ride to the airport.
You'll enjoy breakfast in the same building where your accommodation is located. Every morning, the hotel sets up a buffet-style breakfast, allowing each guest to assemble a meal suitable for their preferences to start the day. The buffet includes local bakery bread and Karelian pies, along with juices from Pete's Berry Farm. Additionally, the breakfast features yogurt, vegetables, various toppings for the bread.
Lunch and dinner are also offered either in the hotel restaurant or alternatively delivered to your room fridge or in picnic form. The menu is designed to satisfy everyone's hunger regardless of dietary preferences. We are proud to announce that we offer the best vegetarian food in town. Our restaurant bakes fresh bread daily, alongside the offerings from local bakeries. We participate in the 'Steps to Organic' program and currently hold a two-star organic restaurant rating, signifying our commitment to increasing the use of organic ingredients in our recipes.

Experience the best of snowshoes and skis combined with the addition of glide snowshoes. Glide snowshoeing is a fun way to explore winter landscapes, where even deep snow won't hider your progress. We'll first go through the techniques before
heading to the nearby forest.

Be your own snow artist day
Unleash your creativity and create art from snow that reflects your unique vision. You'll be guided at the start and shown how the tools work, after which you can create various snow art pieces at your own pace. Making snow sculptures is enjoyable whether done together or alone.

We get to know the life of the Alpakka farm in the countryside. Alpacas are calm and friendly and very unique animals.
