Local flavours
Start each day with a buffet breakfast served in the same building as your accommodation. Enjoy bread from local bakeries, traditional Karelian pasties, juices from Pete’s Berry Farm, yoghurt, vegetables and a selection of bread toppings.
Lunch and dinner are served in the hotel restaurant or provided as ready-to-enjoy meals in your room refrigerator or as picnic meals, depending on the day’s programme.
Our kitchen prepares satisfying meals for a variety of dietary preferences, including delicious vegetarian options. We bake fresh bread daily and also serve products from local bakeries.
Our restaurant participates in the Finnish Steps to Organic programme and has achieved its two-star level, reflecting our commitment to increasing the use of organic ingredients.

Arrival to the Hyvärilä resort. Because of the late night flight, the evening snack is waiting for you in the fridge in your room.

Getting to know the surroundings of Hyvärilä and the numerous activity possibilities.
You can try different rental equipment and have fun!

Glide snowshoes trip
Experience the best of snowshoes and skis combined with the addition of glide snowshoes. Glide snowshoeing is a fun way to explore winter landscapes, where even deep snow won't hider your progress. We'll first go through the techniques before
heading to the nearby forest.

Be your own snow artist day
Unleash your creativity and create art from snow that reflects your unique vision. You'll be guided at the start and shown how the tools work, after which you can create various snow art pieces at your own pace. Making snow sculptures is enjoyable whether done together or alone.

A visit to the Alpaca farm
We get to know the life of the Alpakka farm in the countryside. Alpacas are calm and friendly and very unique animals.
