The journey continues to Koli from the west side of Pielinen to Koli.

Return to Bomba

3. Day trip Kaleva
After breakfast, a trip to Kuhmo to the Kalevaus.
Visit to the Juminkeko Cultural Center. At the center, you can explore one of the world's most extensive Kalevala collections. Kalevala texts in different languages are on display in a display case. You can view their illustrations and listen to reading samples from Juminkeo's own multimedia program "Kalevala Information Desk". In the Juminkeo auditorium, you can watch self-produced audiovisual programs, including the birth of the Kalevala, Karelianism, the activities of Elias Lönnrot, and the Viennese poetry tradition.
