Winter Sleep – Archipelago Winter Wellness Week

Winter Sleep – Archipelago Winter Wellness Week

Rantapolku 3, 21660 Nauvo

Winter Dream – a wellness holiday in the winter archipelago

Experience the magical winter of the Turku archipelago, when nature slips into a quiet slumber and the sea glistens beneath a pastel-colored sky. In February, the archipelago is at its most beautiful: snow-covered forests, a partially frozen sea, and starry nights create the perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The Winter Dream wellness holiday takes you to the island of Nauvo, in the heart of the archipelago. Known for its summer bustle, in winter the island becomes a quiet oasis where the sea, snowy trails and winter nature offer unforgettable experiences.

On our excursions, we walk along the ice or beach paths, explore the winter forests of the archipelago, and enjoy breathtaking sea views. We paddle in the tranquility of the Archipelago National Park, visit the village of Nauvo, and feast on local products. Well-being is also provided by yoga sessions in an atmospheric studio, the gentle warmth of the sauna, and refreshing ice swimming.
During the day, we enjoy the peace of nature and picnic lunches, and in the evenings, we treat ourselves to the archipelago's high-quality restaurants. At the end of the day, we relax in soft sheets and wake up to a wonderful breakfast buffet.
Winter sleep is the perfect combination of the silence of nature and a little luxury – just what you need in the middle of winter.

✳️Yoga | Yoga Archipelago
Yoga Archipelago is the only yoga studio in the Turku archipelago. The fully equipped studio is located in the center of Nauvo, just a stone's throw from the seashore. The studio has all the necessary equipment and offers yoga classes, courses, and wellness vacations throughout the year.
Yoga Archipelago's mission is to highlight the uniqueness of the archipelago in all seasons. The studio's founder and head teacher, Rimma Joenperä, is also an excellent local guide and is available to holidaymakers throughout their visit.
Rimma is a trained physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and emotional zone therapist. She has extensive experience in the rehabilitation of people with sensory impairments, which is reflected in her gentle, individualized instruction. You can come to Rimma just as you are – and feel confident participating in her classes, even if you have little experience of yoga.

✳️Canoeing | Nagu SeaKayak
Nagu SeaKayak is a kayaking company based in Nauvo that offers a wide range of high-quality equipment for kayakers of all levels and sizes. Jocke is the company's head guide, and larger groups are always accompanied by several guides to ensure safety and smooth sailing.
