Day trip to Koli National Park
Discover Koli National Park on Snowshoes
Guided snowshoe tour to the wintry forest with snow-covered trees and to the highest scenic viewpoints in Koli National Park. The tour starts with a short introduction to snowshoeing technique – no previous experience is needed! On the tour your guide tells you about Koli, its history, culture and nature. You also have time to enjoy nature, take photos and have fun with your snowshoes. On the tour you experience the magical winter forest, peaceful nature and fresh, pure air. During the tour we will enjoy hot juice from Kupilka cups. Welcome to discover Koli National Park on snowshoes!

Enjoy a memorable husky sled ride (2,5km). This exhilarating tour goes through the magical wintery forests and it’s suitable for all ages. You can just sit back and enjoy the views and let the expert guide the dogs. After the tour you will enjoy hot berry juice and a biscuit. You can also pet the dogs and take pictures. The guide will tell you more about the dogs and their lives. This is a truly memorable experience!

Fun-Filled Skiing for Beginners
Have you already experienced cross-country skiing? On this wintery and snowy adventure you will learn a new skill. This is your chance to challenge yourself! Will you be able to keep your balance? This trip is for beginners. Our guide will get you acquainted with your skis and the right cross-country skiing technique. Depending on the skill level of the group, we may make a small ski tour to the nearby forest or if conditions allow, the frozen Lake Pielinen.
We will end our tour with enjoying a hot beverage at the local safari house.
