This cookbook was created in the kitchen of Pihlajapuu Inn.
The idea came from our guests, who noticed that we, *Äksyt Ämmät, became tired of repeatedly writing down recipes that were asked for.
There’s more to the flavor of food than just making a dish and following a recipe. Therefore, we’ll also share stories in this book about the life at Pihlajapuu Inn.
The oldest recipes date back to the year 2000. This is when our Pihlajapuu story began.
