The Brain Relief treatment is an impressive treatment experience, that provides an oasis amid long-term, uninterrupted stress. The treatment balances the functioning of the nervous system and offers a stopping moment in the middle of acute or long-term stress. It also supports the body’s own recovery and healing mechanisms.
The Auvo Brain Relief® method was developed in Finland in the 2000s. It combines millennia of Asian and Finnish contact, pressing, massage, and relaxation techniques, with new insights.
The treatments itself does not intend to treat any ailment or illness. The goal is deep relaxation, and the consequences for the body and mind are always individual.
You can rest on the massage table on your back throughout the treatment to maximize the relaxation effect. You can wear regular daywear, preferably a simple t-shirt, casual pants, and thin socks. Please take off any earrings, necklaces, and bracelets before the treatment.
Treatments cover the head, face, shoulder and neck area, hands, and feet. They include a wide range of different kinds of touches, from gentle and light to some that create the most pleasant cold shivers; petting, pressing, holding, rubbing, massaging, gentle wiping, scratching, etc. All are gentle, soft, pleasant, and many particularly slow.
Carefully selected music is an essential part of the treatment. The music supports the effect of the
treatment, and the touches and the progression of the treatment is integrated into the music. The
customer may wish to request silence if they feel it is more relaxing. There is no discussion during the actual treatment.
The Brain Relief treatment enhances the metabolism and fluid circulation in the body, so drink plenty of water on the day of treatment to avoid headaches or malaise.
The treatment is suitable for everyone. You don’t need to have any pain or ailments. You’re also welcome simply to relax. The treatment is very gentle, so it is just as suitable for a small child as it is for a fragile older person. The treatment is always exactly the same, but a professional Brain Relief practitioner ensures that there are no obstacles to the treatment and that the treatment can be carried out safely and comfortably, taking into account any injuries, illnesses, ailments, or particular needs of the client.
The Auvo Brain Relief method seems to help relieve prolonged stress exceptionally well. The treatment is therefore ideal for people burdened with work, studies, or a difficult life situation, for example. Because the treatment relieves stress symptoms, it may result in various individual effects. The Brain Relief® treatment lasts about 50 minutes, but please reserve at least one hour for the appointment. After the treatment, it's good to allow some time for relaxation. The treatment is done fully clothed while lying on your back. Please come with clean, loose hair. Wearing a thin shirt (T-shirt/tank top), pants (leggings type), and thin socks will make the treatment more comfortable. The treatment is suitable for people of all ages.
Possible contraindications:
Possible obstacles to treatment include fever, inflammation, medication for Parkinson's disease or other dopamine-based medication, and active cancer treatments. If you suspect that your illness is an obstacle to treatment, check with your doctor. If you have acute skin problems, varicose veins, sore spots on your body, skull or cervical spine damage, please remember to mention these to me before the treatment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed treatment price. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.
